Ingredients

  • 1 pound fresh ground chuck

  • 2 tablespoons chile garlic sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Tamari soy sauce
  • 1-two tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 cup chicken stock

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill. Gear up your grill for directly heat and preheat to medium oestrus (350°f). You could as well do this on your stovetop over medium-high heat.
  2. Make the Peanut Sauce. Place all ingredients in a minor saucepot over medium heat and stir together until combined. It will start off looking thin and greasy, but so it will quickly thicken. Equally soon equally it comes together, remove it from heat.
